报告摘要:In this study, a nonlinear dynamic system of microbial fermentation with uncertain parameters is considered in batch culture. Some important properties and theorems are also discussed. Taking system sensitivity as the part of performance index and the initial, terminal time of fermentation as optimization variables, a robust sub-optimal control model is then presented. To seek the optimal control with the uncertain parameters, an auxiliary dynamic system is established to calculate the system sensitivity. By introducing the free terminal time transform technology, the equivalent robust sub-optimal model with fixed terminal time is obtained. For the robust sub-optimal control problem, we construct a modified particle swarm optimization to find the optimization variables. Numerical results show that, with the increase of the weight, the performance of the system is more and more robust.
